Protecting Children from the Sun: A Guide to Safety, Fun, and Healthy Habits




As parents, ensuring the health and well-being of our children is a top priority. One crucial aspect of their safety, particularly during the summer months, is protecting them from the harmful effects of the sun. Sun protection not only prevents immediate discomfort like sunburns but also helps reduce the risk of long-term damage. Protecting children from the sun is vital for several reasons:
